Our Environment

Community and Environment

We engage with a wide range of stakeholders at community, local, regional, and global levels on our key developmental and sustainability issues.
Attending to our stakeholders helps us to understand their views and concerns better and, in a way, deliver suitable responses. It gives us valuable input, and feedback on, our strategic approach to sustainability, as well as our policies, procedures, and ways of working. This helps us to continually improve and strengthen them and ensure we’re meeting the expectations of our stakeholders.
MHCL participates in a wide range of multi-stakeholder partnerships in the Mpulungu community and collaborations to develop joint solutions to common challenges, and we actively share our experience and expertise with others, which can help to raise standards and make a valuable contribution to the wider society. For example, we openly share our engineering and logistics expertise with the Local Government activities.
