Fellystones Nchimunya
Board Chairman
Mr Nchimunya is an independent Non- Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company. He is a Chartered Accountant with extensive professional experience and executive accomplishments leading multidisciplinary teams in delivering value to multinational and national companies across the spectrum of the economy. Of the 33 years of post-qualifying experience at a professional services firm ranked among the “Top Four” in the world, 23 years have been at the Partner level. He is adept at dealing with complex business issues, from corporate recovery, taxation, corporate governance and to management of risk and process re-engineering

Precious Musonda
Non-Executive Director
Ms. Precious Musonda is an experienced teacher specialised in teaching Physics and Chemistry. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Chemistry from the University of Zambia and a diploma in Teaching Methodology from the Technical and Vocational Teacher’s College. Currently, Ms. Musonda head the Department of Natural Science at Namwandwe Combined School located in Mansa District of Zambia, a role which allows her to coordinate lead and guide her fellow teaching practitioners in providing quality science education to pupils. Ms. Musonda brings with her 14 years of recognised excellence and dedication in teaching and coaching.

Joseph Mbinji
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Joseph Mbinji is an international development practitioner with over 20 years professional experience in environment and natural resources management, agriculture and nutrition security, land tenure and women’s rights at senior management level. He holds a MSc Degree in International Development and Management (Lund University, Sweden) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) (Lancaster University, UK) and BSc Degree in Natural Resources (University of Zambia). Mr. Mbinji is currently a leading Consultant/Project Manager for the National Climate Change Adaptation Planning process in Zambia under the Global Water Partnership Southern Africa and the Ministry of Green Economy and Environment.

Mark Pearson
Non-Executive Director
Mark Pearson is an economist with a master’s degree from the University of East Anglia in the UK. He is a British national with a Zambian resident’s permit and has lived in Zambia since 1987. While in Zambia he has worked in NCDP and Ministry of Finance as advisor to the European Union’s National Authorising Officer. He also worked in COMESA, based in Lusaka, as an advisor to the Secretary General. Since leaving COMESA he has worked in senior management and in a technical capacity on development projects, mainly in the trade and transport policy and facilitation sectors, infrastructure, and regional integration. During his career of over 40 years, he has consulted to African governments, regional economic organisations, international organisations, and the private sector, mainly in the Eastern and Southern Africa regions and the Horn of Africa, but also with experience in West and North Africa.
