Lewis Sinkamba is the holder of Master in Business Administration, Bachelors in Public Administration and Diploma in Theology. He is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in Business Administration with University of Lusaka

Further, he has done short intensive courses in the following: Job Evaluation, Leadership and Partnership Brokering, Performance Management, Payroll Processing (Dove payroll), Health Management Information System (Central Board of Health), Utility Regulation in Africa, Finance Training (International Federation of the Red Cross), Disciplinary Hearing and Grievance Procedures and Basic Disaster Management Course just to mention a few.

Lastly, he is a Human Resource and Administration Generalist with over twenty (20) years’ experience in various aspects of Human Resource Management and Administration. He has worked as an HR practitioner in government institutions, Quasi Government institutions, private sector and international non-governmental organization such as CIDRZ, Red Cross Society and Scottish International relief. Lewis Sinkamba is a professional member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.
