Mr. Kabunda is a holder of a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Project Planning and Management, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Demography and Economics from the University of Zambia, ACCA Level 2 from the UK. Currently, he Heads the Port Operations and Logistics at Mpulungu Port. Prior to this post, Mr. Kabunda headed Mpulungu Port’s Business Development section.
He has over six (6) yearly of progressive responsible experience and his areas of expertise include; Logistics and Operations, Contract management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Budget formulation, planning and implementation and relationship and partnership management having served in various capacities both in domestic and international NGOs before joining Mpulungu Port
