A former Member of Parliament (MP) for Malambo Constituency in Mambwe District of Zambia for period 2015 to 2016, Hon Shuma served as General Manager for AFE Limited, specializing in the supply of Agriculture and Irrigation systems. Hon. Shuma also possess vast experience in Logistics and Haulage, he worked as Director- Operations at Zambia Cargo and Logistics Company in Dar-es-Salaam specializing in Handling all Parastatal freight, bulk cargo and other port operations including negotiation of rates with the Tanzanian Harbour Authority.
